Lemon Pepper Chicken Kale Caesar Salad

Caesar Dressing:

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise 
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

    For Topping:

    • Croutons
    • ¼ cup grated parmesan


      1. Remove Roli Roti Sous Vide Chicken from all packaging & heat in an air fryer at 380°F for 8 minutes. Heat for an additional few minutes if needed. Please refer to Roli Roti packaging for alternative heating instructions.
      2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and parmesan cheese. Whisk to combine.
      3. Add the kale and, using your hands, firmly massage the kale for 3-4 minutes, until tenderized slightly. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
      4. To the bowl of dressed kale, add the chicken, croutons, and parmesan cheese.
      5. Toss gently to combine and serve, enjoy!
